Starting your day positively is one of the most important things to start your day. Its crucial to your day, that you start it off positively, if not, its going to effect the rest of your day. If you want to get the best out of your day, then you are going to have to make sure you start it off, the best way possible. It depends on person to person what makes a great start to their day, but whatever it is, you need to make sure you are doing it!!
Some people like to do Yoga and stretch yourself to a great start to their day, but some people like motivational speeches or spend time in meditation. But we are all individual and each of us have different ways to create their best way to start the day!! But no matter what way to have to get the best out of your day, it`s imperative that you do it to make sure you start the day off great
One of the best ways I feel is creates the best start to the day, is through meditation, just seeing your dreams in reality, picturing whatever your dreams are, you are actually holding them in your hand. It can`t be a general vision, like I wish I had lots of money, or I wish I lived in a mansion. You have to picture exactly how much money you want, for example a cheque for 1 million dollars or a vision of the exact mansion you want!!
This is the Law of Attraction, by having a vision of what you want and constantly thinking about it, this is going to tell the universe what you want. But one of the biggest things that cause it to fail, is not being grateful for what you already have.
I will use my situation for example, I want to move to the Philippines to be with my wife and family, if I constantly think that my life is shit because I am in the UK and not with them, then do you think the Universe is going to grant me my wish? NO it is not going to grant it, because of all the things it has already granted me and I am ungrateful, because they no longer serve my purpose!! but when they were granted, they did. Just be grateful and thankful for what you have, but have the vision of what you want, so you can grow bigger and better!!
6 STEPS TO THE BEST MORNING EVERYDAY!!
Following these steps every morning will always guarantee the best possible start to every morning. No matter whether you are a morning person or not, these steps will transform your mornings.
To get the best out of your day you need to have a good structure to follow to get you ready for the day ahead. I have always wasted my mornings, just by watching TV or watching something on YouTube, but before you know it, its 10 am and you are half way through your morning, way too late in the morning to start your morning routine. This was until I read ‘The Miracle Morning’ by Hal Elrod.
Here is my Morning structure that I follow Monday to Friday!!
- Wake up at the same time each day
- 5 – 15 minutes of meditation & prayer
- Get dressed
- 15 minute walk
- Coffee, Water & Breakfast
- 15-30 minutes of Reading & Journalism
